New Mexico

So for spring break we went to New Mexico to visit family. We took Grandma and Grandpa Crane with us. Not sure how they managed to escape from me as I took pictures! I don't have a single one of them. I will get you guys next time for sure!! Anyway, after a long drive we stopped at hole in the rock (just outside of Moab). It was so cool! An older couple back in the 50's (i think) chiseled there way through the side of this mountain and made it their home. It was very interesting to go through.

This is at the Explora Museum. It was a really cool place! It had a ton of stuff for the kids to do and the adults had to try out the bike of course! I was too chicken though!

Jordyn volunteered to be crowned the bubble queen. They loved playing with the bubbles! We were there forever! I wish I had one of these at home. They would be busy for hours!

Dance Competition & Update

So about a month ago Jordyns dance teacher called me up and said that the owner of the dance studio pulled her aside and she thought we should start a trio with three of her students that really stood out. So of course we had to do it! So these girls have been practicing 2 times a week for about 3 weeks and they are awesome!! In a short time they have learned and perfected a whole dance. So they had a competition this weekend and they did great! We are so proud of her!!

They got an excellent which isn't the highest score but for only practicing for a few weeks they did a great job! She had so much fun waiting for the awards ceremony to start. She got out there and free-styled with all of the other dancers and she was definitely showing off!!

They were so proud of her! It was cute and even though it was late by the time we got out of there, they were all so excited so we went and got ice cream. It was fun!


Allie Jaye...


Allie is just so grown-up lately. She has loved going to preschool. She has learned so much and is ready to go to kindergarten. AHHH!! I'm SO not ready for it! She has come out of her shell a lot since going to school and has started making a list of things she wants to do. Here is her list.

1. Soccer

2. Ballet

3. Gymnastics

4. Hip-hop

She is so funny! We are so proud of her. She was our shy little girl who didn't want to do anything and now she is making lists! Awesome!

Anyway..There is a little update on what we have been up to! We are getting ready to go on vacation to New Mexico in a week to see family. We are sooo excited!! It will be nice to get away for a while to warmer weather. We cant wait for spring and summer!!
